Recruit Me Please

Out of habit I do not pick up phone calls from phone numbers that I don’t know, Blocked or Unknown.

But now we have Volt Innovations, Inc. and sometimes I feel that I must pick these numbers up because well…. who knows who is calling me for work purposes.

This morning I get a phone call from a Blocked number, and said to myself “what the hell”, from time to time my dad or my friends moms number comes up as Blocked, so I pick it up. And of course it is an IT Recruiter.

I couldn’t here where he was from, and where he was trying to find me work. He has my resume, and knows I live in Richfield… Yet he asks me how far Richfield is from where I live. After 15 minutes of redundant questioning, questions about me leaving Volt, or finding work outside of Volt,(yea not happening pal) and me agreeing to whatever this moron had to say so he could just leave me alone and I could go on with my marry day after 4 hours of sleep and half an energy drink, we hang up, with a promise that he will email me in about 10 minutes with his contact info. This email has yet to come, which really doesn’t bother me all that much, but at the same time, keep your fucking promises you asses.

Another annoying part of this guy was that no matter how many times I told him that I (me, myself, moi) was owner of a Development company, he wanted to know if I was willing to do work on the side, or persue other jobs… WHY?! Leave my own company?.

And one more thing….

My iPhone… (or for some reason any ATT phone) can not keep a signal in my basement, where my room currently resides, usually I can talk for 4-5 minutes and unless I am near a window or my glass sliding door, the call drops. NOT this time oh no lol, 15 minutes, un interrupted crystal clear signal. As if he has a special connection just to me, until he felt like letting go.

Great start to the day
