Coffee, Taxes, Zoo…

So today wasn’t that bad of a day. I took my test for the class I was in and did really well. I also found out that next week I have to go to see if I am able to get into the Combat Lifesavers Course. That should be pretty cool, you learn a lot of advanced first aid and also how to give people breathing tubes and IV’s and such.

So I went to wal-mart today to buy deodorant, soap, and shampoo… dang I just realized that I forgot shampoo. Anyway, while I was there I decided that I was going to buy a coffee maker. This is something that I’d wanted to do for awhile but never really actually did. So I find this coffee maker for $8.64 or some crazy cheap price. Then I go and get coffee, simple enough you go to the coffee section and pick it out. The real challenge comes when you have to find the coffee filters. They are in the most retarded spots that you could possibly put them. I found them in the canned goods section. Go figure. Absolutely nowhere near the damn coffee. But regardless, it was so worth it because right now I am drinking a warm fresh cup of coffee!

I think the real highlight of my day was going to get my taxes done. I found out I am getting like $2,000 back in refunds this year. I am so happy about this. Plus I am going to be reenlisting in the Army soon so I will get another enlistment bonus. That also makes me smile when I think about it!

Well tomorrow is my volunteer training class at the El Paso Zoo. I am actually really excited so I’m looking forward to it! That is why I am going to stop writing and clean my stuff up real fast and go to sleep.
